These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Yardstrike Inc ("YardStrike," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the YardStrike website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
YardStrike is an online marketplace that connects owners of industrial outdoor storage ("Hosts") with individuals and businesses seeking to rent or lease that space ("Renters"). YardStrike is not a party to any rental agreement between a Host and a Renter, does not own or control any listed property, and acts only as a venue and facilitator, including payment processing.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the security of your credentials, and for all activity under your account.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Renters authorize YardStrike and Stripe to charge their payment method for the amounts shown at checkout, including rent, service fees, applicable processing, and recurring charges for monthly leases. A host fee is deducted from Host payouts. All fees are disclosed before you confirm. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service.
Cancellation and refund terms are presented at the time of booking. Monthly leases continue until terminated by the Renter or as otherwise permitted; canceling stops future charges effective at the end of the current paid period.
You agree not to use the Service to store hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials; to violate any law; to infringe others' rights; to circumvent fees; or to interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
By providing your contact information you agree that YardStrike may contact you about your account, bookings, and the Service by email, phone, and — where you have opted in — text message. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for details on our SMS program, including how to opt out.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." YardStrike does not guarantee the condition, legality, safety, or suitability of any listed property, or the conduct of any Host or Renter. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YardStrike will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or property, arising from your use of the Service. Our total, aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yardstrike Inc and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your listings or bookings, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through litigation in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The parties do not agree to arbitration; all disputes are to be litigated in court.
