Yardstrike Inc ("YardStrike," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the YardStrike website, mobile applications, and services (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — name, email, phone number, mailing address, company, and password.
- Listing information — property details, address, rates, photos, and related data Hosts provide.
- Booking & lease information — reservations, dates, terms, and communications.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Lead / quote information — details you submit through our quote or contact forms, including your SMS consent.
- Device & usage information — for app push notifications and to operate and secure the Service (e.g., device tokens, IP address, and log data).
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service and process bookings, leases, and payments.
- To communicate with you about your account, transactions, and support requests by email, phone, and — where you opt in — text message.
- To send booking and lease notifications to Hosts through the channels they choose (email, SMS, and/or app push).
- To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
When you provide your mobile number and opt in (for example, by checking the consent box on our quote form or enabling text notifications in your profile), you agree to receive text messages from YardStrike related to your quote requests, bookings, leases, appointment scheduling, and account activity, which may be sent using an autodialer.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to deliver the messages you have requested and are shared only with the messaging service providers that help us send those messages on our behalf.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting/database), LeadConnector/HighLevel (messaging and CRM), Resend (email), and mapping/parcel data providers — under agreements that limit their use of the data.
- Between Hosts and Renters as necessary to complete a booking or lease (for example, sharing booking details with the relevant party).
- Legal & safety — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices & Rights
- Update your contact information and notification preferences (email, text, push) in your account profile.
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP; opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link.
- Request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to legal limits.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
